Coordinate the design of printed materials, communicate with designers, oversee the timely execution and quality of all printing. 3. Supervise distribution and mailing of announcements, posters, etc., as appropriate. 4. Monitor placement of advertisements in print and online. 5. Assist in the selection and coordination of the Prize jury. 6. Correspond with jurors as needed. 7. Communicate with selected prizewinners, and finalists as needed. 8. Track expenses for the Prizes, including honorariums, publicity, design, and printing of announcements, etc. 9. Make sure that expenses do not exceed the set budget.
