JOB SUMMARY: Performs technical work related to project records maintenance, project scheduling, cost reports, and clerical functions including data collection, correspondence and various reports MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Associate's degree in Business Administration or closely related area 2. At least 1 year previous construction project management experience preferred ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Works closely with construction contractors and architect 2. Maintains records of pricing, timing and design documents 3. Reviews and prepares payment documents 4.
