Property Accountant - Multi-PropertyHoliday Inn Hotel AND Suites - Peabody, MAMidland Hotel Corp is looking for a Property Accountant to oversee the accounting for 3 local properties from their corporate office. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the daily and monthly accounting process for three full service properties. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Bank Reconciliations Month End Journal Entries (must have general ledger experience) Balance Sheet Reconciliations Assist with Cash Management Assist with Forecasting, Budgeting, Cash Projections Assist with Financial Statement Preparation Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Knowledge and understanding of HR issues Assist with Year End Prep Work This position will report to the Corporate Controller.
