Call Center/Member Service RepresentativeAdvancial Federal Credit Union - Irving, TXThe person selected for this position will: makes outbound welcome calls to new members; make outbound service calls to offer convenient payment options to new members who have not yet made their first loan payment; and interacts with loan department and operations staff as needed on member issues. Also responsible for completing checklist of required tasks to properly open new accounts in computerized system. This includes opening the new indirect accounts so they can then be booked by the loan department in a timely manner. It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit current and in good standing, therefore background and credit checks will be required.?
