Real Estate Attorney
The Real Estate Attorney reports directly to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel and is a key member of the NFI legal team. The role will provide counsel and guidance on NFI real estate legal and business issues as well as review, draft and/or negotiate various other customer and vendor contracts. Currently, NFI owns or leases more than 21 million square feet of real estate (primarily warehouse space) throughout North America. NFI's real estate business focuses on construction and development, acquisitions, property management and marketing and leasing.
