Postdoctoral Researcher in Cancer Immunotherapy The LSU Health Sciences Center Cancer Center has an immediate opening for a Postdoctoral Researcher in an Immunotherapy laboratory. This position is supported by NIH grants. Project goals are to study the stimualtory effects of activating toll-like receptor signals in T cells (see: Blood 2008; 111: 2704 and FASEB J. 2008 22: 3628). Duties and responsibilities will be to plan, organize and conduct independent research on tumor specimens and blood samples from mice and cancer patients, conduct various molecular biological techniques including real-time PCR, Western blots, chromatin immunoprecipitation, plasmid vector design and cloning into viral vectors and to conduct in vivo studies in mice, conduct FACS, ELISAs, and to summarize in written...
