Lean Plant Continuous Improvement Manager
Position Description and Responsibilities: This is a key continuous improvement position within one of the company's flagship plants, reporting directly to the VP of Operations. This position will require an experienced Lean leader, preferably with heavy industry manufacturing background and experience. This position requires an individual that is able to facilitate and drive change in a fast paced and "ever changing" environment leveraging his/her strong interpersonal skills.
