Regulatory Compliance Counsel
Our client, a successful Pittsburgh-based subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company, has exclusively engaged us to recruit a Regulatory Compliance Counsel. Responsibilities will include researching and interpreting applicable laws and regulations at the federal and state level that affect mortgage lending, settlement services and the title insurance industry. This position will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the companys regulatory compliance, identifying areas of non-compliance, and establishing and implementing processes to ensure proper compliance. He/she will also be responsible for conducting audits and communicating results of such audits to company stakeholders. In addition, he/she will maintain company licenses under state title agency, appraisal and FDCPA requirements.
