  What is it? I have a Joomla site which needs re-work, clean-up and redesign. I have most of the modules that I need, but there may be a need to either refactor them or create new ones as appropriate. It's a basic publishing site with some additional functionality on it. What I do I have? Well, at one point the site was fully functional, but due to a bad restore of a back-up and possibly some db loss, the site is no longer functional. I need someone who can enhance the functionality, and refresh the design to create a brand new site. Specific expertise that I am seeking: You should have experience with Joomla of course, great eye for design, and expertise in writing complex modules. Timeframe for delivery: I need to have this up and running within 2-3 weeks (max). Need to know. Serious bidder...
