Open Immediatly!Job Requirements will be: Makes outbound collection calls, confers with the customer by telephone in an attempt to determine reason for overdue payment, reviewing terms of sales, service, or credit contract with customer. Communicates with customers, branches and appropriate management to investigate customer complaints, verify accuracy of charges, or to correct errors on account. If the customer fails to respond to repeated collection attempts, employee sometimes is required to work with an outside collection agency or an attorney to collect the debt.
