Healthy Eating Workshop LeaderHealthy Eating Workshop Leaders will complete a 10-hour orientation training on topics such as healthy eating, healthy cooking, and presentation and demonstration skills. Once trained, teams of two leaders will go out to Brown Bag distribution sites at prearranged times to present workshops and/or demonstrations about healthy eating and healthy cooking! The Healthy Eating Workshop Project is a collaborative project between RSVP of Hampshire and Franklin Counties and the Food Bank of Western Massachusetts Brown Bag Program, aimed at addressing the nutritional needs of low-income elders in their own communities.
