Tax SpecialistVerizon Communications - Philadelphia, PATax Specialist Position Responsibilities: * Prepare Capital Recovery related impacts for federal, state, and local income and franchise tax returns and estimates for corporations. * Prepare SFAS 109 reporting. * Prepare preliminary research on technical issues to formulate a basis for tax return filing positions. * Perform analysis of actual and proposed transactions in order to calculate tax impacts and conduct tax research in order to suggest ways to minimize such impacts.
