Serves as a data quality/reporting liaison and contact between and among the agency and other parties. Conducts research on a regular basis to assess community college system performance. Provides leadership in research design, survey design, study formulation, and policy analysis. Assists community college officials in the collecting, organizing and analyzing of data relevant to the delivery of postsecondary education.
