Senior Portfolio ManagerMid-peninsula Housing Coalition - Foster City, CAThe Senior Portfolio Manager (SPM) is the primary contact for the assigned portfolio's investors and regulators on all financial issues. The SPM is responsible for collaborating with the Development Team to create long-term financial plans for assigned new properties and for monitoring the financial health of a group of existing properties from the perspective of the lenders, investors, and Mid-Pen's long-term financial goals. The SPM works with the Director of Asset Management and CFO to establish financial goals for the assigned portfolio and ensure that these objectives are budgeted appropriately by the properties. The SPM develops monitoring systems to track progress toward portfolio goals.
