Welding & Robotic EngineerMTD Products - Willard, OHJob Summary: The Welding & Robotic Engineer will be responsible for all welding and robots in the plant. This includes designing, installing, setting up parameters, training and the preventive maintenance of all welding and robotic cells. Responsibilities: ? Work with new welding and robotic machine designs and fixtures to make them efficient, productive and ergonomic. ? Training of operators and zone leaders on proper weld setup, quality, maintenance and productivity. ? Make continuous improvements on current welding and robotic cells to make them more operator friendly, increase productivity and increase quality. ?
