Lab Manager Global Technical SupportBrocade Communications Systems - Broomfield, COThe lab manager position is the technical resource within the customer support organization whose primary responsibility will be acquiring, maintaining, troubleshooting, automating, and documenting all hardware, software, network infrastructure, and support contracts for the Brocade customer support lab. The lab supports both production systems and customized/flexible temporary testing environments. A secondary responsibility of this position will be to provide customer support troubleshooting assistance to Brocade partners and customers.
