We are seeking a detail-oriented, professsional team player for the position of POST CLOSING SPECIALIST- SECONDARY MARKET to work in our Loan Production Team at our corporate headquarters located at Lewiston's Southern Gateway. POSITION SUMMARY: Controls and provides support for all the post closing functions required in all types of loan products. Provides tracking of all missing or incorrect documents from the closing packages and ensures accuracy of the completion of all documents in the new loan files. Responsible that all new loan files have the required information and documents required for each loan product. Selling and shipping all secondary market loans in a timely manner.
