Position Description:
The folowing description is a general representation of the day to day activities one may encounter in this position:
? Train, supervise, and develop shift of process equipment operators and production workers in the safe and efficient operation of the plant
? Operate Plant controls and communicate shift information to ensure efficient flow & proper attention to process control
? Maintain accurate production, process and quality records
? Troubleshoot process equipment bottlenecks to eliminate production issues.
? Communicate changes in product flow, equipment speeds, and settings to appropriate plant personnel
? Anticipate product and process changes to make necessary adjustments in order to maintain the highest quality of product.
