Tower Group Insurance - Paramus, NJ* Responsible for mail handling and daily local post office pick-up/drop offs * Opening, sorting, delivering and/or forwarding incoming mail * Apply postage and properly address all outgoing mail * Arrange for daily Fed Ex and UPS pick-up * Daily pick-up and drop off at local print vendor location * Create and maintain label making program for Print Vendor use * Responsible for maintaining and ordering office and vendor supplies * Perform minimal facilities responsibilities to include (but not limited to) light bulb replacement, minor equipment moves, and other tasks as needed * Responsible for placing service calls on non IT equipment * Utilize company systems to investigate returned mail and properly redirect * Assist with prepping and scanning of Claims and Underwriting mail * Serve as back-up...
