LOUNGE SERVER- MIX BAR
It is the primary responsibility of the Lounge Server to provide food and beverage service to our guests in the lounge area of the restaurant. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and Mandalay Bay policies, practices, and procedures.
Specific Job Functions:
* Greets guests in a timely manner and assist with menu presentation. Initiates conversation with guests, inquiring about their satisfaction with the restaurant.
* Complete knowledge of the menu and beverage product is required. Ring drink and food orders for each party quickly and accurately.
* Keeps tables neat and orderly by removing dishware no longer in use. Assists in bussing of tables, and resetting table for next seating. Transports dishes to kitchen for washing and disposes of trash in designated...
