Sr Dir Talent Acquisition, LN RIAGReed Elsevier - Norcross, GAPOSITION SUMMARY The Sr. Director, Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition function for LexisNexis Risk and Information Analytics Business (RIAG), reporting to the VP of HR for RIAG, with a dotted line to the VP Talent Attraction at LexisNexis. As a member of both the business unit and corporate leadership teams, this individual will co-design and manage RIAG talent acquisition strategy and translate business objectives into programs and services that support both RIAG and LexisNexis more broadly. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for leading the tactical planning and execution of talent acquisition solutions that are integral to the business plans, people and culture.
