Technical TrainerClipper Windpower - Cedar Rapids, IAPOSITION SUMMARY: This motivated individual will be responsible for developing training plans for Clipper Windpower, Inc. It will require instructing other technicians, supervisors, and managers in how to improve the performance of their subordinates while working on the Liberty Wind Turbine.
