  Coyotes Athletic Centers - Chandler, AZ

  The Front Desk Attendant reports directly to the Operations Manager and indirectly to the Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager. The Front Desk Attendant is responsible for making the members experience enjoyable by providing excellent customer service. This position also requires that the Front Desk Attendant assists the member with any questions or concerns while directing them to the correct department or individual to help them. The Front Desk Attendant is also responsible for properly checking individuals in, taking member photos and monitoring inquiries. The Front Desk Attendant will also be required to familiarize themselves with the Point of Sales system and ring in transactions.
