SUPERVISOR ADMIN HOUSE PDCatholic Healthcare West - Merced, CAPosition Summary Consistent with scope of licensure, parameters of the California Nurse Practice Act, and Mercy Medical Center Merced (MMCM) policy and procedure, renders direct and indirect nursing care to the patient populations. Acts as the on-site Administrative Supervisor in the absence of the Department Directors for the facility. Coordinates staffing for the nursing units utilizing knowledge of staffing patterns, skill mix and acuity. This position requires the full understanding & active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization.
