Every effort should be made to prevent foreclosure, as this process is very expensive and can result in the loss of valuable servicing, late charge and ancillary fees which are significant sources of income for our business. Essential Functions: ? Answer incoming telephone calls ? Initiate outgoing telephone calls. ? Discover the reason for default. ? Establish repayment plans. ? Discuss alternatives to foreclosure. ?
