Training ManagerAmerican Red Cross - Charlotte, NCSummary Training Manager (DCSC) The Training Manager for the Donor and Client Support Center (DCSC) will provide oversight, coordination and program development for training, orientation and focused workshop development in all program, service, and support areas within the DCSC. This position provides technical guidance and direction to the research, design, development, delivery and evaluation of training interventions, tools and resources. The manager will work closely with the Training Supervisors in Philadelphia and Charlotte to ensure consistency for all programs.
