The person I am looking for has good computer skills, is proficient in the use of Microsoft products and will pick up our Agency Management system with ease. The person should be an effective communicator, orally and written, strong organizational skills and great attention to detail. We are looking for a top performer as proven by prior experience and results in a Commcerial Lines Agency CSR role for at least 3 years. The pay range is $30K - $45K.
