Collections Specialist
One of Kforce's clients is currently seeking Collections Specialists for a 5 month contract position in a Call Center environment. Duties:
* Contact customers by telephone in an attempt to conclude seriously delinquent loans by establishing and maintaining payment schedules
* Handle collection, revision, recovery of vehicles, or legal resolution
* Confirm payment or negotiate payment arrangement
* Research discrepancies
* Verify all personal identifying information
* Document account information / payment arrangements into the internal system with clear notations
* Maintain clear, friendly, courteous, and professional mannerisms at all times
* Use integrity
* Maintain composure
