Director II, Process Engineering Management

In this position, the individual will manage the SanDisk 3D ReRAM team in Milpitas. The individual?s main responsibilities are to lead a team of about 30 engineers to develop ReRAM switching material, selector device, and technology, and to deliver acceptable 3D product yield, reliability and performance. The individual?s ultimate goal is to bring 3D ReRAM technology from R&D to production. This individual must have excellent management skills and experience to manage different phases of technology development.
