Papillon Agricultural Company, Inc was founded in 1983 by CEO and President, Tom Haschen. In 2002, Papillon became an employee owned company. Our employees/stockholders have extensive experience in all segments of animal agriculture, including research, nutrition, marketing, purchasing and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
* Develop marketing strategy to support and compliment goals of sales and management.
* Create and implement marketing programs.
* Work closely with customers and sales to determine marketing needs.
Qualifications
* Agricultural degree preferably related to dairy
* Background in dairy market
* Working knowledge of dairy nutrition
* Entrepreneurial attitude
* Innovative and creative
* Very strong communication skills.
