Front Desk Agent
Our client is a large hotel chain that is currently searching for Front Desk Agents. The position entails greeting, registering and assigning rooms to guests. You will issue keys, give guests instructions, date stamp, sort and rack incoming messages, transfer telephone calls, keep records of room availability and guest accounts. When guests check out you will be responsible for computing bills, collecting payments and making change for guests.
