The Cook will assist the Food Service Manager in ensuring that quality and cost standards are consistently attained. Duties and Responsibilities include the preparation of a wide variety of menu items according to prescribed recipes. Assists Food Service Manager with sanitation and safety, menu planning, and related production activities. Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment. Consistently maintains standards of quality, cost, presentation, and flavor of foods. Candidate must successfully pass a drug test/background check.
