Staff and Core FacultyAlpha - New York, NYThis Emergency Department is the busiest single-site Emergency Department in the region with 146,000 annual ED visits including 40,000 Pediatric Emergency visits. This medical center is home to one of New Yorks first Emergency Medicine Residency Programs. Join staff of 20 full-time physicians and 15 PAs. Staff physicians work 36 clinical hours per week and 4 hours per week protected time. Core faculty work 28 clinical hours per week with 12 hours per week protected time. The Department has its own Research Director and Research Coordinator. Special opportunities exist for Toxicology specialist, Disaster Medicine specialist, and Critical Care specialist.
