  RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for telephone Mortgage Sales origination and production direct to consumer. Responsible for selling all mortgage product lines. Responsible for pre-qualifying customer, quote current rates, take applications, counseling customers regarding loan features ensuring high quality customer service and successful loan closings. Structure rate quote and follow up on leads and loan transactions from origination to close. Function as principal liaison throughout the sales process. REQUIREMENTS: Two years recent proven mortgage sales experience required. Telephone sales a plus. College degree preferred.
