Primary Purpose - Schedule and ensure commercial advertisements air on cable networks per a client’s contract. Major Duties and Responsibilities · Input the titles of client advertisements into database and enter the instructions for ad airing on the appropriate cable network, zone, time, and according to the ad priority rating. · Responsible for maximizing billing opportunities by evaluating sold and scheduled inventory and adjusting commercial placement manually on a daily basis. · Communicate regularly and effectively with Sales Department regarding the status of a client’s advertising schedule, including possible commercial spots that were not scheduled or broadcast as instructed.
