  Superior Technical Resources - Webster, NY

  Responsible for executing Quality Assurance tests in Integration test lab. Run high volume jobs on electronic reprographic and printer machines per test matrix to test the features and functions of the machine. Tabulate data and enter all events including problems into canned PC database. Accurately record identified system problems including but not limited to printer jams and system not functioning as expected. Translate identified issues into problem statements for development engineers to investigate. Identify appropriate Debug engineer to work on feature problems. Able to learn various machine features and operations. Perform visual and instrumental measurement tests. Willing to work shift hours and overtime (as required). Could be required to do chamber work: environmental testing where...
