Master's degree is preferred 3-5 years experience is required The Research Associate will provide research management within the Institute for Clinical Research and Health Policy Studies. The research team is focused on addressing disparities in health outcomes for women and for racial and ethnic minority groups. The research team also conducts research on the predictors of academic success and career satisfaction for women and underrepresented minority faculty in the health sciences.
