Kaiser - Northern California - Redwood City, CASCHEDULE: Full Time Regular, 40 hours per week, Day shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. EDUCATION/LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: BSN or BA in health care related field preferred. Graduate of accredited school of nursing. Current California RN license required. Current CPR certification required and ALCS certification strongly preferred. CNOR preferred. JOB SUMMARY: Manages activities of the unit(s), monitors quality, service and utilization standards. Supervises the day to day shift activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Extensive nursing experience in both patient care and management/leadership roles required (usually 5 years).
