ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS: Handles routine processing of outstanding adjustments, corrections, and balancing functions related to ATM's. Coordinates ATM servicing and maintaining cash reserves for ATM's via third party vendor. Responds and makes decisions on ATM alarm activations. Serves as an escalation point for error resolution on complex issues. Compiles statistics and maintains records and files of assigned functions. Analyze aged data in these areas and make appropriate recommendations to change ATM related processes. Responds to a wide variety of telephone and written inquiries, researches problems, and provides information to internal and external customers.
