Our client, one of the NY metro area's fastest growing public accounting firms, has an attractive opportunity for an experienced Tax Manager in its New York City office. Candidates should have five to seven years experience in international taxation with an emphasis on research and compliance (Forms 5471, 5472, 8804/5, 8858, 8865, 1120-F, 1118 and 1116) and accounting for income tax. The successful candidate will also have significant experience with Forms 1120, 1065, 1120-S and 1040. Experience in planning, analyzing and documenting outbound and inbound U.S. and international tax issues is desirable.
