Assistant TeacherMoses Cone Health System - Greensboro, NCProvides basic daily care for preschool children. Under supervision of Lead Teacher / Teacher and assists with the implementation of a quality early childhood curriculum. MAJOR WORK ACTIVITIES: 1. Provides leadership in the absence of the classroom supervisor. Follows schedule and lesson developed in cooperation with the Lead Teacher / Teacher. 2. Positively interacts with children directly at all times. Implements age appropriate discipline and offers appropriate redirection and guidance. 3. Provides feedback to parents. 4. Assists team members in room arrangement and in maintaining a classroom environment that is in compliance with state laws and sanitation requirements. 5.
