STAFF PHYSICIANUnited States Department of Veterans Affairs - Harlingen, TXThis Internal Medicine, Geriatric Medicine and Hospice & Palliative Medicine clinician-educator staff physician will have duties in the geriatric primary care clinic, the Inpatient Geriatric-Palliative Care Consult Service, Inpatient Medicine Wards and may have duties in the Community Living Centers. All clinical settings are interdisciplinary and require participation as a member of an interdisciplinary team, including mid-level practitioners. The staff physician has ultimate responsibility for all care of the patient, including care provided by consultant physicians and mid-level practitioners.
