  * Configure, maintain, and support PCs and laptops. * Provide help desk support in-person and over the phone. * Create, manage, and maintain network/email accounts. * Troubleshoot remote access issues. * Install and support network printers and faxes. * Complete special projects as assigned. * Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot a variety of software and hardware. The successful candidate will possess experience in the following skills: * Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Office XP/2003. * Extensive knowledge of PC hardware. * Previous experience as an onsite support technician is required. * Basic understanding of networking technologies and protocols such as basic IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, and VPN client configuration. * Ability to prioritize assigned projects, help desk calls,...
