Process Quality & Fault Reduction Data AnalystInsight Communications - Louisville, KYDESCRIPTION POSITION SUMMARY: Designs and executes broad and deep data analysis of current systems and repeat fault occurrences to identify fault reduction opportunities and to track and monitor fault reduction initiatives. Develops, tests, and implements data models. Uses programming techniques and various other tools to build data models.
