PC Tech Support AssociateFiserv Insurance Solutions - Chatsworth, CAPC Tech Support AssociatePOSITION PURPOSE : The primary responsibility of this position will be patch management and software upgrades in a large scale datacenter. The crucial role will test, deploy, and validate functional enhancements to software and security patches and/or service packs. The candidate must be detailed and methodical in their approach to this critical position. This is a night shift position in a live network operations environment. Due to the dynamic nature of a 24/7 computing environment, it will be necessary for the candidate to possess a high degree of schedule flexibility.
