Grounds LeadRoosevelt School District - Phoenix, AZJOB GOAL: As a member of the maintenance department, the groundskeeper lead willprovide supervise to grounds keeping crew and provide safe and wellmaintainedgrounds.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Operate all lawn equipment including dump truck, cherry picker, riding mowers, tractors,blowers, and gas powered chain saw.2. Work with and direct the grounds crew.3. Assist in training grounds crew on the safe operation of equipment and techniques formaintaining grounds.4. Work closely with the grounds supervisor to assure that all moving and trimming schedules donot interfere with instruction and the health of asthmatic students.
