Unit Manager -Talentscout - Phoenix, AZTalentScout, LLC has been contracted to source store managers and multi-unit managers for an emerging RTO (rent to own) retailer based in the Midwest and expanding into Texas and other states POSITION OVERVIEW: Report directly to and support the Store Manager in all facets of retail lease-to-own store operations. Ensure excellent customer service and maximize customer and revenue growth through the execution of operational standards, and by supporting the development of store associates.
