LouisvillePRINCIPAL FUNCTIONS: Worship Services: Plan and conduct congregational worship in conjunction with the Pastor and the Minister to Families. Music and Worship Programs: Plan, organize, and oversee the church music and worship programs. Vocal Music: Identify, develop, and direct choir(s), ensembles, and vocalists. Instrumentalists: Identify, develop, and direct keyboardists and other instrumentalists who serve in congregational worship. Children and Youth Musicians: Develop Youth for service in worship; cultivate and train young musicians for lifelong service in worship in conjunction with the Minister to Families.
