SPECIALIST-HOME CARE CUSTOMER SERVICEClarian Health Partners - Indianapolis, INThis position exists to assist in the coordination of infusion and enteral services, therapies, supplies and equipment provision for patients and staff. The incumbent acts as a resource for and liaison between home care service lines and patients. This position gathers and processes documentation required for patient set-up, order generation and billing in a timely manner. The incumbent inputs data into and retrieves data from multiple information systems, and is responsible for tracking and review of information and statistics as assigned.
