Product Manager
The Product Manager serves in a central role to the Care Transformation team ensuring that the needs of the customer are represented in the production of and use of tools, deliverables are defined and negotiated at the beginning of the customer engagement and that the customer is a part of the team decisions in meeting goals and defined outcomes. In this critical role, the Product Manager will work closely with the Product Development and Compliance Manager as well as the Care Transition Coaches to gather customer feedback regarding usefulness of tools, conduct market and clinical research to inform the relevance of tools and support the customer engagement by supplementing customer needs when needed.
